• Manage the service crew with the leadership values set by the Company
• Learn and cultivate the right culture and team spirit within the Outlet and Company
• Report to and support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in his / her duties in running the Outlet(s)
• Implement workflows and processes to ensure smooth operation of the outlet for both dine-in and delivery
• Identify and rectify any operational faults that occur at the Outlet, implementing improvements (with approval from Management) when necessary
• Assist in training all new staff (part time or full time) on all aspects of the front of house operations as per the Company’s service standards
• Assist in scheduling of manpower to ensure that the Outlet has sufficient manpower to operate smoothly and efficiently
• Work closely with Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor to identify opportunities for improvement as well as an operational fault at the Outlet
• Ensure that food and beverages are served with outstanding quality and presentation adhering to the recipe guidelines and presentation standards at all times
• Constantly check and handle basic customer feedback regarding quality and presentation of food and beverages
• Engage customers and manage feedback, including providing the relevant service recovery, regarding quality and presentation of food and beverages as well as level of service
• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning and disinfecting designated and common areas as well as cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on service equipment along with the team
• Ensure all systems are updated including point-of-sales, own and partner delivery platforms, music platform
• Ensure the outlet is always stocked with the necessities including packaging, collaterals and materials

Responsibilities:

• Perform drawing and modeling tasks using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software
• Report to the Project Manager/Engineer and complete assigned tasks
• Update and monitor BIM models and drawings; inform Project Manager of any changes
• Liaise with architects and relevant stakeholders for coordination
• Input detailed finishing elements into models, as required
• Check for clashes or discrepancies within the BIM model
• Coordinate and monitor the submission schedule of shop drawings
• Produce shop drawings based on details provided by the Engineer/Manager
• Use software tools effectively, including Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for model checking

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  (e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS)
• Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Willing to work a 5.5days work week
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens

Job location: Project Based in Singapore

Core Responsibilities

Project Planning: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan fabrication and site installation.

Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets strict quality standards and client specifications.

Safety Oversight: Enforce all Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Resource Management: Order necessary materials and equipment while monitoring budgets to minimize waste.

Problem Solving: Identify on-site issues and recommend practical adjustments to improve productivity or overcome structural challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the trade, with deep knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and building codes.

Leadership: Proven ability to motivate a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, typically paired with a recognized carpentry apprenticeship or vocational certification.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
