ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates or junior IT professionals to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to build a career in Oracle and Talend. No prior experience with Oracle or Talend is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shortlisted candidates would be sent for 2 months exclusive training in Oracle & Talend.
• On completion of classroom training, selected candidates will be placed on the software/application development team of our ongoing project at our MNC client, where they will receive On-The-Job Training (OJT) on various aspects of Software Development Life Cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of IT experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SQL or databases is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform drawing and modeling tasks using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software
• Report to the Project Manager/Engineer and complete assigned tasks
• Update and monitor BIM models and drawings; inform Project Manager of any changes
• Liaise with architects and relevant stakeholders for coordination
• Input detailed finishing elements into models, as required
• Check for clashes or discrepancies within the BIM model
• Coordinate and monitor the submission schedule of shop drawings
• Produce shop drawings based on details provided by the Engineer/Manager
• Use software tools effectively, including Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for model checking

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  (e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS)
• Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Willing to work a 5.5days work week
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens

Job location: Project Based in Singapore

Job Description

1. Assist the Project Manager with preparation of overall cost and progress reports and other matters related to schedules, cost and materials.

2. Assists the Project Manager and supervise Document Controller to implement systematic document control and filing procedures.

3. Liaise and coordinate with Engineering and Procurement Departments for preparation of monthly progress reports prior to Project Manager’s approval.

4. Coordinate with the Construction department leaders on progress monitoring and recording.

5. Prepare and record change proposals for the contract between Contractor and Client.

6. Assist PM organize tender activities and coordinate in disciplines, vendors for tender preparations
