• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
• Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.
• Hands on experience in Mastercam
• Having similar experience in Precision parts programming
• Well versed in CADCAM, preferrence in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming
• Has experience in using DelCam
• Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background
• Generate NC Programme and load the programme to designated machine
• Create geometry and check machining simulation
• Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process
• Cleaning and maintaining the machine
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with relevant parties and resolve technical issues with end users.
• Majority part for semicon sector and quality and speed is the main target
• Candidates with relevant experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication and semi-con industry will be an advantageous
• Work according to production plan and maintain operational efficiency

• Read, interpret and review drawings and specifications.
• Check finished parts before proceeding to the next manufacturing process/department.
• Able to meet daily production targets.

Job Requirements:

• NTC2 in precision machining
• Experience in PRECISION ENGINEERING industry

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator cum Permit Applicant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance and managing all necessary permit applications for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement workplace safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on permit applications with relevant authorities
• Maintain proper documentation of safety records and permits
• Liaise with site supervisors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for workers
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Requirements:
• Relevant certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or equivalent
• Prior experience in safety coordination and permit application processes preferred
• Good knowledge of local safety regulations and permit systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with PTW (Permit-to-Work) systems

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility

· Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment

· Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience supervising architectural works in building or warehouse construction
