Job Summary
Join ArchitectureX as an Architectural Designer/Technician to support design development and documentation for varied projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and delivering high-quality architectural drawings.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure design compliance throughout project development
- Prepare architectural drawings and documentation to support project submissions and approvals
- Collaborate with architects to assist in design development and technical detailing
- Utilize design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, and Photoshop to create accurate and visually compelling architectural plans
- Manage submission requirements and processes to facilitate timely project approvals
- Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong design sense to contribute creative and functional architectural solutions
Required competencies and certifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of relevant architectural design experience
