Responsibilities

• Conduct enhanced quality control inspections and defect assessments at Tengah.
• Manage and supervise rectification works for out-of-warranty dwelling units, including technical assessments and implementation of corrective actions.
• Oversee servicing and maintenance activities for Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
• Provide prompt support and response to residents experiencing cooling system issues.
