Job Description:

• Conduct onsite testing and commissioning of completed projects.
• Identify and resolve issues related to defective or malfunctioning equipment.
• Test various types of cables and products before, during, and after installation, including rack assembly and equipment setup.
• Oversee onsite testing and commissioning processes for completed projects.
• Provide support for preventative maintenance, setup, and operation of audio and video systems.
• Perform system upgrades, manage issues, troubleshoot incidents, and identify root causes.
• Research, design, and implement audio processing modules and create diagrams for audio, video, and control systems, contributing to the engineering design process.
• Compile and analyze weekly reports, incident reports, and service report submissions.
• Manage project updates and communicate progress to the Project Lead/Director.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the field is required.
• Strong understanding of audio-video engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, AMX, and Biamp software & firmware upgrades is a plus.
• Experience with AV products such as Biamp, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Barco, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc.
• Experience with products like videowalls, LED, video conferencing systems, amplifiers, speakers and control systems.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Knowledge of symmetric drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations effectively.

The Technician Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the technical team, ensuring that all maintenance, installation, and repair work is completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. This role involves supervising technicians, coordinating schedules, managing technical projects, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The Technician Manager will also provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure that equipment and systems operate reliably. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise, train, and manage a team of technicians.
-Plan and coordinate daily technical operations, maintenance, and repair tasks.
-Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company policies.
-Monitor equipment performance and resolve complex technical issues.
-Develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to conduct maintenance service and repair of heavy vehicle like buses.

2. Carry out preventive maintenance / corrective maintenance on electric vehicle components to ensure optimal performance and safety.

3. Managing and maintaining high-voltage battery systems, including monitoring battery health, balancing cells, and performing capacity tests.

4. Updating and calibrating the vehicle's control systems, ensuring they are running the latest software for optimal performance.

5. Ensuring all electrical systems and components meet safety standards and regulations set by relevant authorities.

6. Maintaining detailed records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections performed on each vehicle.

7. 9Ensure work bay, workstation and hand tools maintain and organized in satisfactory condition.

8. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualification & Experience:

1. ITE NTC 3/2 or Nitec in Automotive Technology (Heavy Vehicle).

2. 2-3 years’ experience in automotive trade, heavy vehicle repair & maintenance would be an added advantage.

3. Experience in operating common workshop tools (e.g. Air Jack, Hoist, wheel balancing machine etc).

4. Team Player.

5. Possess work related licences, would be an added advantage (e.g. WAH, Rigger & Signalman, Fork Lift, Singapore Driving Class 3/4).
