Technician

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Operate, preventively maintain and repair all pertinent hotel systems, devices, controls, instruments, equipment, etc.
• Through logs and utilities data, determine optimal operating efficiencies and takes necessary corrective measures when variance from standards are excessive.

Job Description

Report to Workshop Manager and Assistant Service Manager. responsible for performance of all automotive related repars in achieving the Departmental sales turnover objectives with fast turnaround of customer vehicles and meet quality standard.

Requirement

• Perform automotive servicem repairs and OEM installation as per repair order instructions according to manufacture's required procedures and quality standard.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fault on system components of the vehicle.
• Record all jobs done to the vehicle on repair done.
• Notify any addition fault or defect found in the repair process to Workshop Supervisor and obtain appropriate approval before proceeding with the repair.
• Ensure customer vehicles are cleaned after being repaired.
• Perform daily shop floor housekeeping.

Qualification

• Minimum qualification "N" level / NITEC in Motor Vehicle mechanics.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair for Diesel Engines.
