Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Senior Engineer, Instrumentation & Control for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties:
- Provide technical support for Production and Maintenance teams on instrument-related issues.
- Work with teams to reduce instrument maintenance costs and improve functionality.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders on gas pipeline networks, electrical grids, instruments, and metering interfaces.
- Update maintenance procedures for instruments, PLC, Fire & Gas systems, ESD, metering, CCTV, and security equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for instrument incidents and recommend preventive actions.
- Implement MOC projects to enhance instrument reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure verification, inspection, testing, and certification of electrical and instrument equipment in hazardous areas.
- Support maintenance and major equipment turnarounds.
- Manage the functional safety lifecycle of SIS in the terminal.
- Assist in expansion projects, ensuring facility integrity and seamless integration.
- Participate in emergency response with designated roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related field.
- Min 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Experience in instrument & control maintenance
