We are a growing engineering and home services company seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Licensed Electrician (LEW) to join our team. The role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and project support for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, sockets, and DB boxes for residential (HDB/Condo) and commercial premises
• Carry out single-phase and three-phase wiring, conduit installation, and electrical modification works in compliance with SS 638 standards
• Conduct testing and commissioning, including insulation and earthing tests, ensuring safety and compliance
• Support project execution by assisting with site measurements, material estimation, and client coordination
• (For LEW licence holders) Endorse electrical works, perform safety assessments, and submit relevant applications to EMA

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Possession of a valid EMA Electrician Licence (LEW) is highly preferred (higher salary will be offered accordingly)
• Must hold valid Work-at-Height (WAH) and CSOC (Construction Safety Orientation Course) certificates
• At least 1–2 years of relevant local electrical work experience in Singapore
• Familiar with Singapore electrical standards and regulations
• Able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients and team members)
• Possess Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Work with partners in the development of BIM Execution Plan and ensure Micron standards are incorporated.

• Ensure BIM standards, process, etc, as defined in BIM Execution Plan are executed, maintained and updated throughout project lifecycle.

• Manage and maintain model organization and folder structure within the Common Data Environment(CDE) as defined in BEP/Micron standards.

• Supervise and assist with maintenance of project models; conduct quality control/health checks on federated models and associated trade models to ensure completeness, accuracy and adherence to the project’s BIM Execution Plan throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage and assist model setup and maintenance by partners.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings to assist coordination and resolution of model issues and clashes.

• Prioritise coordination efforts base on construction plans and changed conditions.

• Generate clash numbers to monitor clash resolution progress and clash reports.

• Ensure contractors use coordinated BIM models to prepare work sequence with subcons.

• Assist pre-construction teams with constructability reviews.

• Facilitate contractors to arrange review sessions of the coordinated BIM models with Micron operations team for space management inputs.

• Perform regular QA/QC field walks to ensure field installations match coordinated models.

• Ensure shop drawings are done base on coordinated 3D models to minimise and avoid reworks.

• Ensure partners utilized BIM models for design change analysis and approval prior to shop drawing production and construction.

• Assist in maintaining drawings done within Revit.

• Assist and lead any 3D scanning/reality capture initiatives.

• Ensure models are updated to as-constructed and as-built conditions using reality capture solutions for accuracy.

• Ensure data required for facility management are entered and maintain throughout construction.

• Assist site personnel in navigating the models and retrieving data and information from BIM models.

• Assist in providing existing information from BIM models for future expansion projects.

• Point of contact for all BIM related matters for both internal and external partners.

• Work with the project team with project workflow to establish and maintain consistent graphic standards on individual assigned projects. This includes the interdisciplinary consistency between all MEP services.

• Ensure accuracy of as-constructed/as-built basebuild design for next in line users (eg, tool install team) to be able to start design work early without having to perform multiple field verifications.

• Require to perform BIM modelling and data updates during operations in maintaining the digital twin accuracy to site conditions.

• Perform periodic audits to maintain up-to-date information with the digital twin throughout the facility’s lifecycle.

• Provide training to team members on the use of BIM platforms and BIM related software.

• Site representative to support global assignments.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education in Engineering related to AEC industry (Architectural, Engineering, Construction).

• Passion for BIM and its’ uses beyond design and construction.

• Minimum 3 years BIM experience working in large scale manufacturing industry projects.

• Semiconductor project experiences a plus.

• Familiar, good knowledge and experience in reality capture or Scan to BIM technologies.

• Familiar with BIM Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.

• Good understanding of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Plant 3D, Tekla, Archicad, Sketchup, etc.)

• Have desires to learn and adopt AI ideas for BIM. 

• Able to work independently.

• Knowledge of dynamo, python, C# a plus but not essential.

As a Senior Engineer, Instrumentation & Controls for the Global Facilities Engineering department at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible to provide Engineering system ownership and technical support for the planning, design, construction, operations, and maintenance programs of the critical Facilities systems. In this role, you will support the Micron Semiconductor Manufacturing sites across the network, including Facilities and Manufacturing teams, through all phases of design, construction, installation, start-up, operations and maintenance with focus and emphasis on Global Standardization and Alignment, Innovation, Reliability and Performance, and Sustainability.

The Facilities system ownership and responsibilities include for the I&C, FMCS, SCADA, Life Safety Systems, Toxic Gas Monitoring, Telecom, and Security systems, as well as the Controls interfaces with other Facilities Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Building systems.  This role will also lead the Facilities Digitalization and SMART Facilities program initiatives.

Provide Technical Support, Leadership, and Expertise

• Provide consultation and support to Global, Regional, and Site Facilities and Manufacturing teams as the Technical Field Domain Expert.

• Develop, review, and maintain the Micron Global Design and Construction Standards and Construction Specifications with focus and emphasis on Engineering Design and Construction of your respective systems.

• Develop the system design concepts for your respective field systems to be deployed into the Design and Construction Projects, including for Control System Architecture, System P&IDs, Sequence of Operations, and Functional Description of System Operations

Job Requirements:
