The Laboratory Technician conducts laboratory tests and analyses following established procedures and safety protocols. Supporting quality control and production, this role will be working 12 hours day and night shifts, involves in sample analysis, data collection, equipment maintenance, and ensuring reliable results at the EVAL Manufacturing site, starting in late 2026. The technician will be trained in future production roles to support safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities:

• Participate in day-to-day product management for Cards and Unsecured Lending products such as product governance, client experience, and product strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.

• Assist in the development and analysis of strategic product control roadmaps, ensuring framework development maximizes benefit from each product. Review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify potential risks, threats, and opportunities for product managers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality of Secretlab’s products and manage Product Life Cycle from development through to production and aftersales

• Monitor key quality indicators closely and initiate, deploy, and implement plans to achieve set goals.
• Execute high-level quality strategic plans from self, supervisor, or management.
