Role: Product Manager (UX/Product Designer & Procurement)
JD:
1. Product Design & User Research
● Deep-Dive Workflows: Analyze Singpass Incident Response (IR) workflows to design
intuitive dashboards, alert flows, and communication templates within the core IRM
platform to aggressively reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
● UX/UI Strategy: Translate user feedback into tangible wireframes and functional product
requirements optimized for high-stress environments.
2. Framework Mastery & Training (Train-the-Trainer)
● IMAG Expertise: Undergo intensive training to become deeply well-versed in GovTech’s
Incident Management Assessment Guide (IMAG) framework.
● Knowledge Transfer: Act as the primary trainer, upskilling both the core Singpass team
and future onboarded users on the IMAG framework and the practical usage of the IRM
platform.
3. Procurement, Finance & Vendor Management
● Government Procurement: Partner closely with GovTech’s Finance Business Partners
to navigate and execute the procurement of enterprise platform licenses and associated
productivity tools.
● Vendor Operations: Lead coordination with the enterprise platform vendor support team
to advocate for new features, track deliverables, and monitor the resolution of security
vulnerabilities.
4. Stakeholder & Compliance Management
● Roadmap Alignment: Act as the central bridge between Singpass users, GovTech
leadership, and engineering teams to prioritize the product backlog.
● Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform rigorously adheres to GCC+ and GDC
security standards lifecycle.
