We are seeking a passionate Product Merchandising Executive responsible for managing product listings, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring seamless execution across e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

• Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms, including Tmall and Xiaohongshu, ensuring product information, pricing, inventory levels, and visual assets are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure timely product availability, smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and efficient operational execution.
• Serve as the key liaison with Chinese-speaking suppliers and vendors, facilitating effective communication on product development, order processing, production schedules, quality control, and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory performance and stock levels, proactively identifying replenishment needs to minimize stock shortages and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketplace initiatives.
• Track marketplace performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve product visibility, sales conversion, and operational efficiency.

Merchandising& Inventory

• Develop and manage product assortments tailored to different retail channels (online, wholesale, pop-ups, and retail stores).
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover.
• Oversee sourcing, usage, and replenishment of packing materials, ensuring consistency with brand image and cost efficiency.

Sales &Performance

• Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports, analyzing sales data to drive decision-making.
•  Partner with sales/marketing teams to align product launches with campaigns and promotions.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Alignment

• Ensure in-store and online product presentation aligns with brand image and seasonal stories.
• Support pop-up stores, exhibitions, and promotional events with curated displays.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or luxury/jewellery industry (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Shopify or retail systems is an advantage).
• Experience or interest in sourcing, developing, and managing packing materials is an advantage.
• Keen eye for detail, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin Chinese is preferable to effectively communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end product development cycle for group and individual insurance products

• Perform pricing and profitability analysis, including assumption setting and financial modelling

• Prepare and submit product filings to regulators, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines

• Develop and review benefit illustrations and product documentation

• Support product implementation, including system setup and cross-functional coordination

• Conduct product reviews and experience studies to monitor performance and recommend improvements

• Prepare management reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline

• Good progress in professional actuarial examinations

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in actuarial/product development within the insurance industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel); knowledge of actuarial modelling tools is an added advantage

About the Role

As a Production Executive, you will play a key role in managing daily production operations, leading production teams, and ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time. You will work closely with multiple departments and overseas counterparts to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead and coordinate production supervisors, operators, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Logistics industries.
• Experience supervising production teams or managing shop-floor operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
