As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

• Monitor, maintain and improve assembly/test first pass yield

• Perform first level production line/equipment fallout verification

• Work with Product Engineer to have effective RCCA and resolution to product quality issues

• Coordinate with cross-functional team to implement actions required to evaluate and qualify necessary manufacturing process, SW/FW, tester/equipment or product/component changes

• Provide training to line operators and technicians

• Keep shop floor MES up-to-date arising from changes

• In charge of equipment/tester preventive maintenance, calibration and repairs.

• Assist to/execute Prototype builds, Pilot Build and Engineering build during NPI

• Create and maintain Work/Manufacturing/Process Instruction

• New process development and qualification

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years PCBA Box Build experience in a contract manufacturing environment

• Knowledge in computer programming & networking a must

• Ability to attend meetings on different time zones when necessary

• General awareness of Manufacturing Systems e.g. CAD, SAP, ERP etc.

• General awareness of the Lean Methodology & Good Manufacturing Practices

• Good presentation skills and good grasp of the MS Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)

Your Role:

• Assess Maritime and Oil & Gas spare parts for On-Demand Manufacturing suitability, including digitalization through 3D scanning and CAD modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in New Production Introduction criteria for the following: manufacturing process development, tool design, integrated schedules, design to cost, sourcing technical support, quality qualifications, test support, product cost out and, introduction into the supply chain.
• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes of cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, inspection, testing, tool and fixture designs.
• Apply knowledge of electrical/ electronic equipment production and test methodologies.
• Help to manage effectively multiple priorities under tight deadlines and bring assigned projects/programs to successful completion and profitability.
• Gather data and develop manufacturing solutions and documentation required for supporting OMS, WI, Schematic, drawings, and specs.
• Perform assembly work and provide guidance to technicians/operators.
• Perform customers’ onsite support for repairs and rework related to assembly process and any other technical issue.
• Manage daily activities of the manufacturing function including BOM, Work Instructions, Engineering Change Order (ECO) and ERP System.
• Perform and support any assembly process during First Article & production stage to meet customer needs.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related professional certification.
• Able to create/interpret (2D & 3D Cable/Mechanical Drawings, Bill of Material, Operating Procedures, Test Procedures, schematic and Interconnection Diagram, etc)
• General knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Good communication and leadership skills; able to train and guide junior technicians.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with hand-on experience with data and Microsoft Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

● Responsible for the whole-process management of production materials, consumables, semi-finished products and finished products in strict accordance with GMP requirements

● Mastery of the principles of DP equipment, familiarity with the production process, you may be able to operate equipment independently and perform basic maintenance of related equipment

● In accordance with GMP requirements, draft and revise related operating procedures, batch production records and related files

● Strictly adhere to change control and deviation investigation process, organize the drafts and implementation of changes, conduct deviation investigations, and establish corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree with a major in any of the relevant disciplines: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, etc.

● Knowledge of GMP is preferred, and expertise in aseptic production is an advantage.

● Solid foundational knowledge in pharmacy and biotechnology, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

● Good English language skills, literature review skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in the workplace.

● Strong hands-on operational ability, with careful and conscientious equipment operation and timely record-keeping.

The Test Engineering Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining test systems and strategies to support manufacturing operations and new product introduction (NPI). This role ensures product quality, reliability, and compliance with customer and industry standards while driving continuous improvement in test processes.

Job Duties:

Test System Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test systems for production.
• Ensure test equipment and fixtures are calibrated, reliable, and compliant with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues to minimize downtime.

Manufacturing Support

• Provide technical support to production teams on test processes and equipment.
