Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for factory administration duties, handling correspondence, expense claim.
• Organize, store, and maintain production records in physical or digital form including data entry.
• Stock up and purchase of office and pantry supplies.
• Handle visitor reception, deliveries and cleaning contractors
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Applying for/and renewing, maintaining Activity Permits.
• Updating and renewing the Operator Permit, which includes adding and updating any drone variations and new drone models.

Requirements:

• ITE minimal qualification. Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Basic IT office software proficiency, Good written and oral skills
• Physically fit to walk the production floor to collaborate with colleagues
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Admin Assistant to support our Production Planning and Control (PPC) department. The role involves assisting with production planning, scheduling, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage weekly production schedules, release work orders, and ensure timely shipment deliveries according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments such as purchasing, engineering, logistics on outsourcing costs, equipment maintenance schedules, and delivery arrangements.
• Create, monitor, and maintain production schedules to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Monitor and coordinate timely arrival of materials and goods to support project timelines.
• Liaise with project and production departments on all material planning matters.
• Coordinate with external vendors on outsourced jobs and ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Support and contribute to both departmental and organizational objectives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, ProductionManagement; or with relevant experience will be considered.
• Ability to perform under a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multitasking skills.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
