Role Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coffee Production Assistant (Packing/Delivery) to support daily operations in our roastery. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow across packing, inventory, and general warehouse duties.

You Will:

• Pick, pack, weigh, seal, and label coffee orders for both retail and wholesale customers.
• Monitor packaging supply levels and alert the team when restocking is needed.
• Assist the roasting team with handling, weighing, and sorting green and roasted coffee.
• Conduct regular stock audits and rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure freshness.
• Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring accurate documentation and labelling for courier services.
• Support wholesale and retail deliveries — a valid driving license is a plus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the roastery, storage, and packing areas.
• Help coordinate logistics and product preparation for events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications:
