About the Role

The incumbent’s main responsibility is the Actuarial pricing in support of the development for new and innovative HNW products or campaigns, including the development of assumptions and pricing models, preparation of regulatory product filings, internal presentations, and support in product implementation.

The Product Control Analyst (PC) role supports all day-to-day running of the trading desk, ensuring a detailed position summary is kept for the traders and for the matrix as a whole (if applicable) and that the traders' exposures are monitored. Qualifications:

• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience and >6 years of financial services industry experience

Product Strategy & Vision

• Analyse requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, and business processes
• Collaborate with Quality Engineer and business users to plan and monitor User acceptance test and user performance test
• Continuously seeks ways to improve products in the most cost-effective approach

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management & business analytics
• Experience facilitating focus groups, workshops and sprint reviews
• Strong in stakeholder management and vendor management
• Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is a bonus
