The Product Control Analyst (PC) role supports all day-to-day running of the trading desk, ensuring a detailed position summary is kept for the traders and for the matrix as a whole (if applicable) and that the traders' exposures are monitored. - Drive productivity improvement activities
- Support scrap reduction opportunities
- Manage maintenance budget
(2) Support failure analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- Support VAVE cost saving process
(3) Mfg Process and Test development for New programs
- Support new business pursuit activities
- Support new product development (ADP, PDP) with manufacturing expertise
- Support proto, DV, PV build activities
- Development and implementation of new manufacturing lines/processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management
• Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Drive alignment between engineering and other departments
