Job Description

The OSAT Account Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational management of OSAT partners for assembly and test activities.
The role ensures stable execution, delivery reliability, quality performance, and capacity availability across all assigned AESS semiconductor programs.

The OSAT Account Manager acts as the single operational interface to OSATs, while commercial negotiations and contracting are led by Purchasing.

This position owns purchase order execution, supplier performance steering, and cross‑functional alignment to secure smooth backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. OSAT Operational Account Ownership

• Own the day‑to‑day operational relationship with assigned OSAT partners.

7. Interface to Purchasing

ROLEOVERVIEW:

The Product Engineer /Senior Product Engineer adopts perspective with comprehensive technical support in lifecycle management for assigned product lines, from First Article development through to obsolescence. • Develop and enhance data extraction and transformation mechanisms on source systems (e.g. Plasma, YEOS, NYQT, Oracle BI, SAP RFC, PTS etc.) and store the results into Plasma Info Server Monitor the space consumption of Plasma Info so that Server database so that potential problems (e.g. disproportionate consumption of disk space by a particular table, depletion of data tablespace, excessive consumption of temp tablespace) are detected and resolved early to avoid unscheduled database downtime.
• Perform ad-hoc retrieval of order/production/sales data to support incident investigation, reporting or other requests.
• Support Migration Activities of Existing Plasma Info Server to SAP.
• Support & ensure successful implementation of Company-wide Automation (ERP) Projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Info Systems/Computer Science or its equivalent

Position Summary :

1. To provide Product technical support to production operations for areas of product engineering competencies and advocate industrial engineering best practices with support from multi-functional team ( MFT ).

2. Responsible for overall product performance and capability, new product introduction, equipment.

3. Responsible for product evolution and liaise closely with PDA on product roadmap.

4. Function as the main interface to Customers and be responsible for all quality issues of the product assigned. Drive actions with internal and external parties to decrease the rate of first-fit rejections.

5. Accountable for product root cause analysis of all quality/process issues by performing 8D analysis (FTQP) and driving the reactivity objective.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
