Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate who loves to game and has an established understanding of the gaming market trends across Asia. Responsibilities

• Manage Product/SKU information and assets, ensuring its upkeep with timely updates and dissemination to stakeholders across departments and entities.
• Oversee the execution of BNE’s Product lifecycle: Product readiness and landscape research (Gaming, IP, Console technology etc.), competitive analysis, product planning and positioning, roadmap development and product launch. To also propose, execute, and maintain production timelines for retail bonuses.
• Analyses sales data and develop Product strategy documents for accountable brands, as well as the Southeast Asia region, specifying commercial objectives (sales forecast), technical and language requirements, product positioning and pricing strategy for all SKUs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Consulting or Business-related fields.
• Strong bilingual capacity in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1-N2 equivalent). Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin will be a bonus.
• Proven experience of having led and/or managed a product development lifecycle or complex project, from end-to-end.

Overview

Drive end-to-end product delivery from problem definition to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business and user outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement
• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, or related roles
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition to launch and continuous improvement
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and users to define problem statements and product requirements
• Experience in product strategy development, including hypothesis formulation, prioritisation, and outcome-driven planning
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and secure stakeholder buy-in or funding
• Experience defining and tracking product success metrics (KPIs) and using data to drive decisions
• Strong experience in roadmap planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives
• Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to deliver products
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and product iteration
• Experience driving user adoption, engagement, and change management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing competing priorities

(Optional) GIS / Spatial Skills

• Familiarity with ArcGIS Server, PostGIS
• Experience managing geospatial data products and roadmaps
• Ability to translate user needs into GIS/data requirements

• Manage and grow a portfolio of cybersecurity and IT products, as well as related technical services.

• Drive product enhancements, operational improvements, and service quality initiatives to increase market share and profitability.

• Analyse market trends and provide insights to support medium- and long-term business planning.

• Develop and maintain business cases for strategic pricing, customized solutions, and special contract terms.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT related field study.

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Sales/Product Management.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, product management, or business development for IT solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

• Comfortable with local travel within Singapore for customer or partner visits.
