We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support a live production system. This is a hands-on role that combines process analysis with day-to-daysystem support. We’re hiring a GPS Engineer to support new product design, introduction, and field readiness for our vacuum mainframe platform products in Singapore. The ability to understand vacuum systems, robotic, and semiconductor substrate handling, is a must. Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 production support onsite / offsite.
• Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward.
• Manage and respond to users on timely manner.

Requirements:

Must have:
