About Our Client
Our client is a Singapore-headquartered global digital asset financial services group, managing over USD 7 billion in assets with USD 7 billion+ in monthly trading volume. They serve institutional and professional investors across custody, trading, wealth management, liquidity solutions, and tokenised RWA — operating under regulatory licences across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the UK, the US, and Bhutan.
The Role
A senior leadership position owning the firm's end-to-end product vision, from strategy and roadmap to team leadership and cross-functional execution, with direct influence over company-level direction.
What You'll Do
- Define and iterate overall product strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Own product competitiveness through rigorous competitive analysis and differentiation
- Champion user-centricity — translate client feedback into meaningful product improvements
- Lead and develop the product management team; set goals, build culture, raise the bar
- Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing
- Build a product metrics framework and apply data-driven thinking to prioritisation
- Represent the product perspective at senior leadership level
What We're Looking For
- Proven product leadership from a top-tier internet, fintech, or platform company
- Strong grasp of financial products, trading platforms, or digital asset infrastructure; institutional-grade experience a plus
- Familiarity with crypto regulatory frameworks — MAS, SFC, MiCA, and others
- Track record leading large product teams through complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Data-driven, strategic, and execution-strong
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
