The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will support new product development, new product introduction and cost out designing for existing product lines through sound execution of engineering principles and processes. A high level of ‘hands-on” technical capability and sound engineering principles are required to be successful in this position. Leads a team of engineers and provide coaching and guidance. Grooms, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function in the long sustainable manner.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.

• Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.

• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.

• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology

• At least 8 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Description

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for defence electronics, including mission computers, platform communications, sensors, and C2 systems.
• Align product direction with defence capability requirements, platform roadmaps, and long‑term sustainment strategies.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, open‑architecture systems, modular electronics, secure processors, and advanced sensors.
• Conduct market research and analysis, including customer segmentation, ecosystem mapping, TAM/CAGR analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Develop commercial business cases, including 3‑year revenue forecasts, cost models, and margin expectations.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategies, covering pricing, positioning, sales enablement, and channel partner engagement.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, distributors, and technology providers.
• Drive early technical engagement with suppliers and partners ahead of formal programme or platform insertion.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, programme, and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and TRL readiness.
• Assess risks across regulation, competition, customer adoption, and market dynamics, recommending mitigation strategies where required.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in defence, aerospace, or high‑reliability electronics environments.
• Strong background in product management for electronics, embedded systems, or platform‑based solutions.
• Prior pre‑sales or customer‑facing experience within defence programmes
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Commercially driven, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Summary

FlexTrade is seeking an OEMS Implementation Manager to join the Singapore Client Service team. This position is responsible for the successful delivery of projects that drive the immediate and strategic OEMS initiatives involving direct interaction with front, middle, and back office as well as provide day to day assistance for FlexTrade’s global buyside client base.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with creating project implementation plans including resource allocation, defining milestones, project dependencies and managing risk.
• Communicating directly with clients to gather information in order to create and execute technical configuration requirements.
• Collaborating with Team to implement, configure and validate FlexTrade’s FlexONE application.
• Be involved in all stages of an OEMS deployment and will establish sync points with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Act in a tier 1 support capacity to assist with certain production workflow issues and clarify client inquiries.
• Assisting sales team during workflow demonstrations and champion best practice OMS workflows.

Job requirements

• 5+ years of buy-side investment technology implementation experience
• Experience implementing software in a large-scale environment
• Good understanding of software product development lifecycle is a plus
• Working knowledge of trading systems and network infrastructures
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years manufacturing experience at management level
• Has the maturity to make sound decisions independently and be resourceful in day-to-day issues
• Must have Manufacturing experience from a Semiconductor industry leading a team of manufacturing staff from all levels  for > 180 HC.
