Drive LEAN opportunities on manufacturing lines
Provide an area of technology expertise
Install and commission new equipment
Provide technical resource & training to staff
Lead new product development / process start-ups / transfers and change management
Lead the planning and executing yield / quality / process / UPH / machine / OEE improvement initiatives
Lead in developing and promoting new technologies and processes
Plan and lead engineering team to improve manufacturing system / processes
Requirements :
Degree in Engineering
10 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in Manufacturing Process
Good written and communication skills
Possess strong time management, analytical problem-solving and decision making skills
