Working Hours / Location:

• Working Hours: Monday to Fridays, 7.30am - 5.15pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales orders and support the generation of sales for the division

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery based on sales requirements

• Plan and manage material purchases to support production needs

• Raise purchase requisitions for direct materials required in production

• Allocate material lots for production processes

• Create, update, and maintain production orders for accurate tracking and on-time delivery

• Monitor production output and ensure sufficient material availability

• Maintain traceability records in compliance with operational requirements

• Update and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing data in SAP

• Manage SAP Material Master data, including creation of materials, routings, and work centers

• Act as the MES system administrator, ensuring smooth system operations and data integrity

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field

• At least 1 year of experience in production planning or a related function

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines

• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support and supervise production line operations while performing hands-on tasks
• Cover operators when required to maintain production flow and targets
• Monitor line performance, quality, and food safety standards (GMP, hygiene, temperature)
• Conduct routine quality checks and basic corrective actions
• Ensure workplace safety, sanitation, and proper equipment usage
• Train and coach operators on procedures, quality, and safety standards
• Complete production records and support basic inventory and 5S practices
• Escalate operational or quality issues to the Team Leader when needed

Requirements

• Experience in food production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Comfortable working in a chilled/cold environment
• Basic understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality checks
• Able to operate basic production equipment and perform minor troubleshooting
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Provides technical support to assigned manufacturing lines.

· Applies engineering, statistical tools and other problem-solving methods to improve first pass yield and resolve Quality, Manufacturing or Equipment related issues.

· Assists engineers in setting up and conducting process & test evaluations; compiles and analyzes data.

· Supports Engineering Changes and Advance Deviation Request implementation.

· Develops and updates Manufacturing and Safety documents.

· Participates in development, training, qualification, and validation activities for new products or technology transfers, and continuous improvement program.

· Responsible for Preventive Maintenance of equipment and fixtures.

· Implement in-house calibration, works with calibration vendors and handles calibration list.

· Works with Design, Engineering, Production, cross-functional team or vendors to support Safety, Quality, Cost reduction and Improvement projects.

· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor based on business needs.

· Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

· Strong analytical skills, nimble learner and team player.

· Knowledge Lean, Statistical Analysis, 6 sigma or Power BI would be an added advantage.
