Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Production Data Entry Assistant (System & Tracker) to support our Production Manager in daily operations. This role is responsible for accurate and timely entry of work orders into production trackers (manual and digital), ensuring real-time visibility of job progress and full traceability across all stages.

In the future, the role will also involve working with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)once implemented. The data you provide will be critical in helping the Production Manager plan, assign, and monitor tasks across the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of daily work orders into production trackers (manual & digital).
• Provide live updates on job status for traceability across different production stages.
• Support the Production Manager with reliable data for daily planning and task allocation.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all production work orders.
• Liaise with production staff to capture and update live job status.
• Adapt to future system implementation (e.g., MES) to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong discipline, accuracy, and commitment to role responsibilities.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand production processes and workflows.
• Organized, firm, and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, data entry).
• Prior experience in manufacturing/production administration will be an advantage.

Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Operator to support machine part handling, machine tuning, and chemical material top-up in a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform machine part handling and machine tuning with a high level of mindfulness and care.
• Operate production equipment through a Graphical User Interface (GUI) following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct chemical material top-up, including bottle replacement and precise chemical replenishment using funnels.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Work collaboratively with Micron team members to support production continuity and efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a semiconductor or cleanroom environment is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and adhere to PPE and SOP requirements.
• Able to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

•Perform daily tool sustaining activities, including loading/unloading components such as FOUPs with wafers, reticles, and chemical bottles.

•Conduct basic alarm recovery to ensure equipment uptime.

•Assist the maintenance team to dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, sketches, or drawings.

•Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and troubleshooting.

•Rebuild and modify manufacturing equipment as directed by engineers.

•Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance initiatives to maximize tool performance.

Requirements:

•Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and on 12-hour shift.
