Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced CX Business & Salesforce Solution Architect to lead business requirements, solution design, and delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and customer experience initiatives. 

This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring strong consulting, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilities. The successful candidate must be able to independently engage business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, understand customer and business processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and guide delivery teams through implementation. 

Responsibilities:

Business & Solution Leadership 

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities. 

• Understand customer, sales, marketing, and service processes and identify improvement opportunities. 

• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional designs, and solution architectures. 

• Challenge and refine requirements to align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. 

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. 

Solution Design & Governance 

• Design scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms. 

• Define solution architecture, integrations, data models, customer journeys, and automation. 

• Review and quality assure business requirements, functional designs, solution designs, and user stories. 

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants. 

• Support project estimation, planning, risk management, and delivery governance. 

Pre-Sales & Practice Development 

• Support solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations. 

• Mentor consultants and contribute to Salesforce capability development. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or techno-functional roles
• Strong experience in at least two of the following Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
• Proven ability to independently lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering
• Strong understanding of customer experience, CRM, customer journeys, lead management, sales, marketing, and service processes
•  Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Experience preparing or reviewing BRDs, FDDs, SDDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
•  Experience leading project teams of at least five members
• Consulting or system integrator experience is preferred/advantageous
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise architecture, and supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and effort estimation is preferred
• Salesforce certifications relevant to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud will be advantageous.

Job Description

• Lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and bridge the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Design and govern architectures across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, including data models and integrations.
• Guide and mentor project teams of 5 or more members.
• Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.

As an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Third-Party Risk Profiling

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of third-party vendors and service providers, applying a solid understanding of TPRM principles.

• Assess inherent risk, determine risk tier classification, and ensure alignment with the firm's TPRM framework and regulatory expectations, demonstrating genuine knowledge of critical risks.

Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) Documentation

• Own the preparation of comprehensive Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) documents for each service onboarded.

• Leverage a sound understanding of outsourcing risk drivers, including concentration risk, exit risk, sub-outsourcing, and data residency, to produce thorough, accurate, and audit-ready documents.

Business Analysis & Requirements Capture

• Apply advanced BA techniques to elicit, structure, and document business and operational requirements from service owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the control functions.

• Produce well-structured requirement write-ups, detailed process descriptions, and precise service scope definitions, forming the backbone of risk assessments and ORS documentation, ensuring no details are missed or misrepresented.

Stakeholder & Control Function Engagement

• Coordinate and conduct structured review sessions with relevant control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Business Lines.

• Capture commentary, challenge responses, and secure all required signoffs within agreed timelines.

SME Liaison & Technical Translation

• Act as a critical bridge between technical SMEs and governance documentation.

• Utilize structured BA questioning techniques to extract precise information about services or technologies involved, accurately translating it into risk documentation and leadership materials, with sufficient risk knowledge to identify and challenge gaps or inconsistencies.

Senior Leadership Decks & Reporting

PMO Support & Deliverable Tracking

Responsibilities

1.    Set up the structures to manage the systems in scope and undertake full responsibility for the quality of work produced by the Tescom project team;
