Reporting to Business Operations Manager, Singapore 

As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with project managers and a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of Integrated security projects. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within budget. What you might do on a day to day   

Project Execution & Management  

• Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of Integrated Security systems (Access Control, CCTV, etc.) at client sites.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Technical Systems Management  

• Program and configure security systems (S2, C-cure, Gallagher, Lenel, Milestones, etc.) to meet client specifications.  

• Perform diagnostic testing and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal system downtime.  

• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on existing systems and recommend system improvements.  

• Undertake surveys and assist in preparing pricing for system upgrades or changes requested by clients.  
  

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement  

• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.  

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliance with project specifications and handle any variation claims.

Skills & Experience:  

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Electronic Security industry.  

• Strong knowledge of Integrated Security Systems installation and commissioning (e.g., Access Control, CCTV, etc.).  

• Experience with security software such as S2, Gallagher, Milestone, etc. Strong experience with Lenel and C-CURE would be highly regarded, and relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential.

• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electrical /Electronic Engineering or related field.  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; basic knowledge of IT networking and CAD is advantageous.

Role Overview

We are a growing SME in the automotive financing sector, currently building new digital systems to improve our financing operations, dealer management, customer onboarding and internal workflows. As part of this, we are strengthening how we track our data and produce management reporting.

We are looking for a hands-on junior team member to support these digital and reporting initiatives. Working closely with and under the direction of the General Manager, the role helps document workflows, build dashboards and reports, test new systems, and support staff in using them day to day.

This is a learning and execution role. You will not be expected to lead vendor relationships or sign off on requirements on your own — those sit with the General Manager. Reporting To

Key Responsibilities

1.  Process & Workflow Support

•    Help document the company’s current financing, dealer, customer and administrative workflows.

•    Note where there is duplicated work, manual effort or room for automation, and raise these to the GM.

•    Draw clear workflow diagrams of existing and proposed processes.

2.  Reporting & Dashboards

•    Build and maintain dashboards and reports under the GM’s direction, covering areas such as the loan book, disbursement, credit quality and collections.

•    Help keep reporting consistent so everyone works from the same numbers.

•    Check data for errors and inconsistencies, and help clean up records.

•    Use Excel or Google Sheets, and business intelligence tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.

3.  Requirements & Coordination Support

•    Help gather requirements from users and write them up clearly for the GM to review.

•    Prepare simple user stories, notes and acceptance criteria.

•    Help track open questions, pending decisions and outstanding items, and follow up on them.

•    Support communication with external development partners, with the GM holding the relationship.

•    Help re-test fixes and confirm systems are ready before use.

5.  Implementation & User Support

•    Help prepare user guides, SOPs and simple training materials.

•    Support staff in learning new systems and workflows.
