As Global Manufacturing Process Lead, you will define and standardize ASM’s end-to-end manufacturing processes and MES capabilities to enable scalable, high-performance operations. You will translate business needs into robust digital solutions that improve safety, quality, throughput, and traceability while enabling real-time, data-driven decision making on the shop floor. 

Working across Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, you will align stakeholders on process standards, metrics, and system requirements, and lead the design and deployment of MES solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes. 

What you will be working on

• Lead cross site process mapping to simplify, standardize, and document equipment manufacturing workflows and translate business requirements into scalable MES tool capabilities. 
• Own the global MES process standard and business capability roadmap from process definition through sustainment across manufacturing sites. 
• Define business requirements for MES design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment in partnership with IT, vendors, and site teams. 
• Establish and govern MES master data, transaction rules, process controls, measurements, and traceability requirements to support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity outcomes.

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the on‑site delivery of an ASRS automated warehouse project, with strong focus on M&E coordination, work sequencing, and specialist system integration. Key Responsibilities

What's the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Business Analyst, based in Singapore, to drive process improvement, data transformation and AI adoption initiatives, and support daily finance operations within Global Operations (GOPS). The ideal candidate is highly energetic, detailed and hands on. Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, addressing potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and authority approvals.
• Review project drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide site-based solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards and specifications.
• Manage project costs, control variations, and optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to address site challenges and unforeseen issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in A&A and landed house projects.
• Familiar with construction processes, local building regulations, contract administration, and safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy:

• Develop and execute segment strategy for data center markets (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise)
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with Trane Technologies’ sustainability and growth priorities (Chiller, CDU, FWU)
• Build robust opportunity pipelines and manage data center customer expectations
• You will promote and propose Company Chiller & Equipment to Data Center owners, consultants, and contractors

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships
• Building close business relationships with customers, especially key accounts
• Maximizing account penetration and customer retention
• Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
• Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and closes the sale
• Provide customer feedback to support continuous improvement, innovation, and portfolio development

Technical Aptitude:

• Differentiates & made Trane a preferred supplier
• Applies strong understanding of HVAC systems, mission‑critical cooling, and sustainable design principles
• Partner with sales teams, engineering, product management, controls, service, and contracting to develop customer proposals and holistic solutions.

Operational Excellence:

• Update the new project forecast timely manner into the system
• You also need to ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
• 5+ years of working experience in Data Center related sectors, engineering sales, and HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of data center cooling technologies and mechanical system design
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships at senior levels
• Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
