Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager on the day to day running of the project administration
• Keep track of project billing cycle
• Prepare invoices and keep track of Purchase Orders
• Prepare correspondences and sent to authority according to the agreed referencing format
• Follow-up with document submission as per the project schedule
• Assist in the document formatting for document submission
• Follow through with Document Control processes till official submission to customer
• Management of Central Shared folder
• Attend monthly progress meetings and preparation of monthly progress minutes of meeting and report
• General admin duties including filing and ensuring documentation in place for audits
• Maintain programme weightage register for monthly S-Curve generation
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Business administration with 2 to 3 years project admin experience, supporting projects
• Experience in handling government projects is preferred
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure under a tight timeline
