ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead requirements, solutioning and functional delivery on global product builds and bank implementations. Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise Finance and Warehouse systems within a large-scale operations environment. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, driving system enhancements, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth operations across finance and inventory management platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in Finance and Warehouse operations, together with hands-on experience working with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver system improvements and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients.
