About the Role!

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our digital payment solutions. Acting as the vital bridge between merchants and our Tech team, you will generate new leads, secure high-revenue partnerships, and translate complex business needs into tailored payment experiences. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, bilingual(English and Mandarin) problem-solver with a strong grasp of digital payment workflows and a proven drive to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Drive Revenue Growth: Actively generate sales leads, source new business opportunities, and secure high-revenue merchants to expand our digital payment footprint.

●       Deliver Tailored Solutions: Conduct strategic meetings with potential merchants to understand their business needs, acting as the bridge to our Tech team to provide customized payment solutions.

●       Manage the Sales Cycle: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans, consistently achieving or exceeding established monthly and quarterly targets.

●       Cultivate Partnerships: Build profitable, long-standing relationships with clients and actively seek referrals from existing merchants to drive organic growth.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through multiple channels and grow revenue for our commercial system software and workforce solutions.
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs, operational challenges, and workforce requirements.

• Manage and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, providing commercial and technical input throughout the bid process.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of casual labour management systems or HR/workforce software is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
