Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and produce CAD drawings, including detailed drawings in plan and isometric for construction and telecom projects, to support project execution.
2. Update and revise drawings promptly to incorporate site changes, consultants feedback, and authority requirements, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
3. Assist project managers in preparing authority submission drawings and related documentation to facilitate regulatory approval.
4. Coordinate drawing details with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
5. To liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters.
6. To prepare, maintain, and update project documents, drawings, technical proposals, as-builts, reports, correspondence, and records.
Job Requirements;
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software to produce and revise technical drawings accurately.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the construction industry.
4. Good organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
