Job Description

Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and manage M&E works in line with project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager

Technical Responsibilities

• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays
• Oversee testing and commissioning of M&E systems

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and relevant codes of practice
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Monitor site safety and address any hazards or violations

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, submissions, and claims
• Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and resource usage

Requirements

• Qualifications: Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination or project management (construction industry preferred)
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and project management tools. Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and construction integration. Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Additional: Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
