Summary/Objective

Reporting to the SGM BD of JERA Asia, the Manager, Business Development will be responsible for greenfield, brownfield, mergers & acquisition (M&A)power/energy projects portfolio development particularly in the area of thermal and LNG infrastructure related opportunities, to include all supporting development work-streams and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, risk management required in relevant project development, and coordination and collaboration with all related functions (e.g. development, financing, technical etc.). The individual will work directly with the SGM BD and other members of the business development team (including JERA HQ as well as local office members in Asia) to support projects and maximize value creation associated with those projects and the resultant portfolio. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and execution of all site activities.
• Prepare, review, and update engineering documents such as drawings, method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures, and operation & maintenance manuals.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities on engineering and technical matters.
• Plan and schedule site work activities according to the master program to ensure timely and safe completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Good understanding of electrical installation, testing, and commissioningworks.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Able to work at different site locationsand adapt to dynamic project environments.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong B2B relationships with Financial Advisory firms (FAs), ultimately encouraging them to distribute our products to their end consumers. Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Business Development

• Partner Acquisition: Actively source, pitch to, and onboard new insurance agencies(FAs) to expand our distribution network.

• Account Retention: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing FAs, ensuring high engagement and brand loyalty.
• B2B2C Sales Driving: Educate and influence FAs to actively promote and sell our product suite to their end-retail clients.

Event & Campaign Management

• High-Touch Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive partner events, including annual Gala Nights and Overseas Incentive Trips, to reward and motivate top-performing FAs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the internal Marketing and External Asset Management (EAM) teams to align promotional strategies and support materials.

Experience & Skills

• Proven Track Record: Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Relationship Management, ideally within the financial services, insurance, or wealth management sectors. Good network with Insurance, Financial Advisory firms will have an advantage

• Strong Networker: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and influence B2B partners (FAs).

• Event Execution: Prior exposure to or a strong aptitude for organizing corporate events, hospitality setups, or client appreciation trips.
