Role Overview

This role is heavily focused on SAP project administration and financial coordination, supporting Project Managers and Project Controllers to ensure accurate project execution, reporting, and billing.

You will play a critical role in SAP project lifecycle management, including project setup, cost tracking, billing, and invoice processing, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities (SAP-FOCUSED)

• Create and maintain project structures in SAP (PS/SD modules), including project setup and master data management
• Perform regular updates of planned cost and revenue within SAP project systems (JSR tracking)
• Process and manage change orders (COs) in SAP, ensuring accurate financial updates
• Support end-to-end customer billing in SAP, including preparation, submission, and follow-ups
