Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management/Building or its equivalent, recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience as Contractor, and must have hold appointment as Project Manager previously in managing Institutional, Commercial or Laboratory projects; at least 8 years of experience in managing design and construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m high, complexity and nature of work of similar scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
• Verify the overall list of errors, construction detail and design, defects and variations based on construction plans and drawing designs before construction and or processing payment to subcontractors

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

• Lead the project team in the delivery of the large scale project.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and client specifications
• Management of the construction project in order to meet the construction timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in completed large projects (from inception to completion) as Project Manager, preferably with an A1 main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Role:
Project Engineer (Camps Project / Up to $4500 + allowances)

• Location Office at Outram Road| Project will be Islandwide depending on assigned project
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri [830am – 6pm] Night and weekend works will be required depending on project requirements
• Salary: Basic up to $4500 + Transport $750 (car) or $400 (motorbike) – must have own vehicle due to site conditions + HP by reimbursement basis

Overall Objective:

• Project Engineers will be responsible for leading and managing projects for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in accordance to required standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
