Key Responsibilities

• Support project coordination and technical operations

• Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial documentation

• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

• Prepare reports, track progress, and support documentation processes

• Utilize tools (including AI tools when needed) to improve efficiency and problem-solving

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field

• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience (fresh graduates with internship/experience may be considered)

• Interest in accounts and business operations

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

• Comfortable using AI tools / digital tools to support work

Job Description

• Reports to Construction Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects to achieve completion within scheduled cost, time, and quality targets
• Plan daily construction site operations including cost control, shop drawing submission, and approval processes
• Supervise site teams to enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, consultants, authorities, and sub-contractors to facilitate project progress

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience working on General Building Construction Projects
