Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to accelerate the adoption of our Early Payment and Supply Chain Financing solutions across large corporations and their supplier ecosystems in Singapore. 

This role is ideal for a driven, strategic sales professional with a strong track record in financial solution selling, exceptional communication skills, and established networks within major enterprises — including family-owned conglomerates. You will lead full-cycle enterprise sales and orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement across client organisations.

What you will be doing:

Business Development & Sales

• Drive new business acquisition for Early Payment and Supply Chain Financing programs.
• Identify, develop, and close opportunities with large enterprises and their suppliers.
• Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, structuring proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

Client Engagement

• Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite, treasury, procurement, and finance leaders. 
• Engage decision-makers in family-owned conglomerates and major corporates to drive program adoption. 
• Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate value, ROI, and strategic impact.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate across product, credit, risk, legal, and operations to deliver tailored enterprise solutions. 
• Serve as the central point of contact to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.

Market Development

• Use industry insights and networks to build a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities. 
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms. 
• Provide market intelligence to influence product enhancements and strategic direction.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. 
• Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in Singapore in early payment solutions, supply chain finance, or B2B enterprise payments.
• Professionals from adjacent industries with strong corporate networks are welcome to apply. 
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and influencing skills with senior leaders. 
• Strong existing network with large enterprises, MNCs, and family-owned conglomerates. 
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling. 
• Ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements. 
• Skilled at coordinating across internal and external teams to drive deal success. 
• High integrity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech/financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → solutioning → negotiation → onboarding
• Identify, engage, and close new merchants and clients across target industries
• Actively build a strong pipeline and deliver new business within the first 6 months
• Structure and negotiate commercial models to increase product adoption and transaction volume
• Promote and position our payment platform as a scalable solution for diverse client needs

Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with SME to IPO-stage clients
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Drive deeper platform adoption and usage across existing accounts

Product & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand:API capabilitiesIntegration requirementsProduct roadmap
• Translate customer feedback into product enhancements or new features
• Act as the voice of the market, contributing to future product improvements

Requirements

Must-Have

• Proven experience in hunter sales with a strong track record of acquiring new clients
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated success in penetrating new markets without relying on brand recognition
• Solid experience in the payments or fintech sector, including:Payment methodsPayment processingTransaction flowsElectronic paymentsInvoicing and billing systems
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments and multi-currency solutions

Preferred

• Experience selling into e-commerce, SaaS, gaming, education, or healthcare sectors
• Familiarity with API-based products and technical sales
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Job Summary

Lead and manage ACMV projects from planning to completion, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure projects meet specifications, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ACMV projects through all phases to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to fulfill project requirements
• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery
• Review and approve ACMV design drawings, technical submissions, and method statements to ensure compliance and feasibility
• Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards to maintain high-quality outcomes
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and costs
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues promptly to maintain workflow
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and final handover documents for project closure
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations to meet client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV or M&E project management
• Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills applied in project contexts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines

AI Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

• Define and drive regional AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business and DX strategy
• Design scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure
• Assess current vs. target AI maturity and identify transformation opportunities

AI Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives across APAC (from design to rollout)
• Develop AI-driven solutions for:
• Productivity AI: Workflow automation, RPA, dashboards
• Communication AI: AI agents for internal/external engagement
• Knowledge AI: Enterprise knowledge pipelines and insights generation
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources, APIs, and workflows

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage regional AI/DX projects across multiple countries and business units
• Collaborate with global HQ, regional stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment
• Drive adoption, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of AI solutions

AI Governance & Change Management

• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and ethical standards
• Establish data, model, and prompt governance frameworks
• Lead AI training, user adoption, and change management initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in AI/ML, solution architecture, or enterprise AI deployment
• Proven experience in leading regional or multi-country AI projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, Power Platform preferred)
• Ability to translate AI concepts into business solutions and engage stakeholders effectively
• Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holders in Business, Marketing or any related discipline.
