What You’ll Do

• Portal Management: Submit corporate and insurance claims via our online portals.
• Tech & Tools: Handle, merge, and organize digital documents using PDF tools.
• Data Entry: Keep our CRM updated and clean.
• Scheduling: Help coordinate calendars and internal meetings for the team.

The Vibe Check

• You know your way around PDF tools (splitting, merging, converting).
• You're comfortable navigating online portals to submit paperwork/claims.
• You're vibing with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Can commit to at least 12–16 hours a week (we are super flexible with your timetable).

Business supports for Treasures and Treasures International

Regional Treasures

• Managing regional Control tower including collecting data from market stakeholders (monthly)

• Prepare Regional Treasures quarterly newsletter update (Treasures monthly report)

• Support and represent Regional Treasures for Pweb discussion (incl. migration to 3.0 components)

• Support in preparation of data for 2027 budget review and consolidation of market inputs for 2027 strategic priorities

• 2027: (1) Building of Regional Control Tower for 2027 including T&B files, (2) PMA Exercise

Treasures MtJ and Scorecard

• Consolidate PMAs for Treasures MtJ (mid-year, year-end, ad-hoc reviews if applicable)

• Prepare and populate scorecard for mid-year and year-end submission

Treasures International

• Treasures International monthly newsletter update (TRI email circular update)

• Support to prepare RM One Bank Recognition results (quarterly, mid-year, full year)

Admin

• Set up weekly/monthly cadence (including booking of meeting rooms)

• Weekly Department Meetings

• Twice a week Treasures Internal Catchup

• TRI MVP 2.0 Bi-weekly

• Quarterly Treasures Forum

• Monthly Treasures Performance

• Bi-weekly Project SPEED Taskforce

• Ad-hoc meetings

Raise manual payment requests

• Regional Treasures support for acquisition

• Treasures International team award

EDMs/Decks

• Prepare EDM for RM One Bank Recognition program

• Prepare EDM for Best Treasures Award

• Providing support to prepare committee/senior manager forum discussion material (both Regional Treasures and TRI)

Department admin

• Seating and lockers

• Staff appreciation (Jul-Aug)

• CNY procurement (Q3-Q4)

BCP

• Attend BCM conference

• Submission of all BCP related documents

• Staff recall exercise

• Submission of attestation
