Lead and govern secure transport and CIT operations at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
Define transport and fleet strategy, including capability planning and lifecycle management.
Lead and develop operations managers; build a strong leadership bench and performance culture.
Command incident and crisis response; oversee investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
Drive operational excellence through SOP standardisation, process improvement, and modernisation.
Own transport systems and data roadmaps to improve visibility, control, and decision‑making.
Maintain SLA performance, KPI governance, and transparent client reporting.
Ensure strong workplace safety governance and a robust safety culture.

Skills & Experience
8–10 years of operational experience, including 3–5 years in a people leadership role.
Proven leadership in operations, logistics, command, or security environments.
Experience in regulated or high‑volume operational settings is a strong advantage (e.g. security, defence, law enforcement).
Good understanding of manpower regulations, security procedures, and risk management.
Decisive, calm under pressure, and confident leading in a fast‑paced 24/7 operation.
Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Security Management / Business / Operations preferred).
