Job Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates.

• Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.

• Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
  

Security Operations & Procedures

• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.

• Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR (Gate B).

• Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.
  

Safety & Incident Response

• Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.

• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.

• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed.

• Coordinate closely with company management to address security needs and improvements.
  

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar supervisory security role.

• Knowledge of security operations, systems, and emergency response protocols.

• Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Process Audit and Investigation

• Process review/ audits and investigation and related work.

• Upon a completion of a process audit/ review, facilitate group companies in developing and implementing a corrective action plan, and performing follow-up to ensure the issues are resolved and the process is improved.

• Upon completion of an investigation, follow through with next steps towards resolution, including analyzing findings, making recommendations, implementing solutions, notifying parties as necessary, and ensuring reporting and documentation.

• Assist and collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance, and other teams to design internal controls and improve existing internal controls as a preventive measure.

• Track and document non-compliance issues, including those from reports, received, until resolved.

Regional Collaboration and Standardization

• Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen governance and control processes.

• Support multi-process standardization and consistency across the region.

• Inter-departmental and regional collaboration to achieve coordinated and efficient outcomes on matters of common interest.

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness and application of compliance policies and procedures, and internal controls developed and implemented in collaboration between compliance and other departments, to ensure consistency and quality.

• Conduct related training and awareness sessions.

Compliance

•  Ensure that activities comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations and policy requirements.

•  Support compliance promotion activities, including training.

•  Assist to analyze legal documents and position as needed.

•  Assist to review and update standard legal documents under guidance.

•  Track and analyze legal and regulatory developments.

•  Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

•  Degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy/ Management/ Commerce/ Business-related

•  Experience in internal audit, internal control, or business process reviews.

Job Summary

The Security Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. The role ensures systems are functioning effectively to meet client requirements and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain CCTV, access control & alarm systems

• Respond to scheduled & ad-hoc maintenance requests

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system faults on-site

• Execute service and maintenance works efficiently

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic system testing

• Liaise with clients on service and maintenance matters

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, or Security Systems.

• Familiar with ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, PA) and basic networking.

• Comfortable working on-site and managing tasks independently.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel Islandwide.  

• Class 3 license is a plus.
