About the Role

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The SOC Lead is a hands-on operational role with team oversight responsibilities. As a player-coach, the SOC Lead works alongside SOC Operators during shift operations — monitoring, responding to, and escalating security incidents — while also providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and light management of the team.
