The Opportunity

·       Lead and manage the full lifecycle of integrated electronic security system projects, from client requirements through to design, construction, and operational support

·       Develop and deliver high-quality designs including concept plans, schematics, detailed documentation, and technical specifications

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand needs and deliver tailored, high-performing solutions

·       Apply technical expertise across systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated security infrastructure

·       Support project delivery through proactive problem-solving, coordination, and occasional regional travel

Is this role right for you?

·       Relevant qualification in Security, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, with industry experience in electronic security systems

·       Strong technical knowledge of integrated security technologies and supporting infrastructure (networking, electrical, systems integration

·       Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce clear, professional documentation

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive legal support across multiple Asian jurisdictions, managing contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and legal projects to drive regional legal efficiency and ensure adherence to local laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to corporate functions across multiple Asian jurisdictions including Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Assist the Regional Head of Legal in managing projects that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of local legal teams
• Draft, review, and negotiate global and regional commercial agreements such as NDAs and contract templates to ensure alignment with internal policies and local legal requirements
• Support corporate governance by preparing board and committee documentation, managing corporate filings and registers, and assisting with corporate restructuring projects to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal research on local laws and regulations affecting business operations, including commercial law, data protection, competition law, and AI law, to inform compliance strategies
• Support regional compliance initiatives, including policy development, risk assessments, and implementation of global compliance programs at regional and Singapore levels
• Monitor litigation matters by tracking claims, legal expenses, and case reporting within the region to support dispute resolution efforts
• Participate in regional and global legal projects focused on process improvements, template standardization, and legal technology initiatives to enhance legal operations
• Develop and deliver legal training materials and presentations to local legal teams to build knowledge and capabilities
• Contribute to legal knowledge management by maintaining databases and sharing best practices across the region

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Law or higher
• Bar qualification or postgraduate specialization is advantageous
• 1–2 years of experience through internships or professional roles in international or commercial law firms, or in-house legal departments of international companies
• Proficiency in French is a plus
• Knowledge of Asian languages is a strong advantage depending on location

Responsibilities:

• Design and govern Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, ensuring robust user access review processes.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Classification Framework to identify, categorize, and protect sensitive data.
• Enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) frameworks and policies to secure sensitive data within regional operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.

Requirements:

• University degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Security, DLP, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with and experience in Infrastructure and/or application development is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
• Understanding of security tools and technologies, including EDR and SIEM.
• Expertise in cloud technologies with knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Experience within the financial regulatory environment in the Asia region, particularly SFC in Hong Kong and MAS in Singapore.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze complex security challenges and offer effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, SANS/GIAC, or other cloud technology certifications are highly desirable.

Job Summary

You will support legal operations by preparing accurate documents, managing case files, and assisting with court-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth legal processes.

Law students who are pursuing undergraduate of postgraduate degrees in law and who are eligible to be admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore are invited to apply for our internship programme which highly exposes them on the daily work of a lawyer and also in identifying potential candidates for training contracts.

As a Legal Intern, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Legal Research: Conducting legal research using online databases and resources.
• Case Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing physical and electronic case files.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare, review, and proofread various legal documents, including initial drafts of affidavits, correspondence, court submissions, and letters of representation.
• Discovery & Disclosure: Assist with the discovery process, including organizing and reviewing documents for production
• Court Filings: Filing documents via the Court’s online platforms.
• Attendance in Court: Assist Director for physical court attendance for trials or hearings in The High Court, The State Court, The Family Justice Courts, Syariah Court, Hearings, Mediations, Pre-Trial Conference or Zoom hearings.
• Administrative Support: Manage court calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate with clients and external counsel, and handle general office administration related to case files.
