Job Summary
Seeking Litigation Admin Assistant to support our team in delivering high-quality legal services. You will contribute to case management and client success by applying strong organizational skills and collaborating effectively within a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize legal documents and case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the firm
- Maintain the calendar of the Managing Partner to ensure accuracy of court hearings and client's meeetings
- Apply attention to detail in preparing and reviewing legal correspondence and filings to support case outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment that drives client success
- Adapt to diverse case requirements and support continuous learning to enhance legal knowledge and skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Google Calendear, eLitigation and ICMS is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrate a pleasant disposition to foster effective teamwork and client interactions
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure precision in legal documentation and processes
