 Position Summary  

The Client Technology Manager (CTM) position is a high impact hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering our IT managed services to a portfolio of client accounts with the support of a dedicated technical team. The successful CTM will manage customer relationships, expectations, and liaise to internal communities and stakeholders to ensure customer success. In this dynamic customer-facing, process- oriented role, you will participate in safeguarding our revenue, retaining our clients, growing our accounts, and spearheading projects to modernize client infrastructure.

Ways of Working

Solution & Platform Architecture

• Define the overall architecture for Sunline Core Banking platforms and supporting ecosystems.
• Design distributed microservices-based solutions, deployment models, scalability frameworks, and technical standards.
• Establish architecture standards covering APIs, data models, security, and DevOps practices.

Integration Architecture

• Design integrations between core banking systems and external platforms, including digital channels, payment networks, compliance systems, and middleware.
• Define API-led and event-driven integration patterns using technologies such as MuleSoft, Kafka, IBM ACE, and WSO2.
• Establish integration governance standards covering API lifecycle management, security, error handling, and resilience.
• Architect real-time payment integrations and banking connectivity solutions.

Data & Migration Architecture

• Lead data migration strategy, including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and rollback planning.
• Design enterprise data models for customer, account, product, and transaction domains.
• Oversee integration of data warehouses, data lakes, analytics, and regulatory reporting platforms.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, auditability, and governance requirements are met.

Infrastructure, Security & Delivery

• Define infrastructure architecture, database strategy, containerization, cloud/on-prem deployment models, and environment management.
• Design high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions meeting banking-grade SLAs.
• Conduct performance and scalability assessments to support transaction growth and peak processing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards, IAM controls, encryption requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerisation and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tooling in a financial services context.
• Deep understanding of banking security architecture and regulatory requirements
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or other cloud-native banking deployments.
• Knowledge of Open Banking, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), Embedded Finance, and Real-Time Payments architectures.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent architecture credentials.
• Experience with banking analytics platforms, Data Lakes, Financial Data Marts, and Big Data ecosystems.
• Background in legacy-to-core banking modernization and migration programmes, including dual-run and parallel operation strategies.

Job Description

KPMG has a strong Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives incorporating Supply Chain & Procurement products such as COUPA, Jaggaer, o9, Ivalua and Zycus. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Consultant with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to manage client engagements independently, and bring deep knowledge of procurement processes, functional design, testing, and change management.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects for the P2P workstream.
• Apply strong functional knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and invoicing processes to align with client requirements.
• Manage project workstreams independently, taking on roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support.
• Lead functional design workshops, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Create project documentation, including to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead and execute testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and Regression testing.
• Support change management activities and deliver end-user and supplier training.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and suppliers to ensure successful adoption and business outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support integration activities with client ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday (preferred).

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving measurable business impact.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Ivalua implementation across multiple projects.
• Strong expertise in P2P functional processes.
• Hands-on experience in leading workshops, preparing documentation, and managing testing phases.
• Ability to independently manage client engagements and take on multiple roles.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) is an advantage.
