The Director of Sustainability (Stakeholder Engagement) will serve as the primary lead for stakeholder engagement and communications relating to a company's sustainability strategy, initiatives, and ESG commitments. • Strategic Planning and Implementation

To address this, the Group's Overseas HR Shared Services Centre is building an in-house Expatriate Management System (EMS) and is recruiting a Technical Architect based in Singapore to lead the overall system architecture, full-stack development, and operations management.

Responsibilities:

·      Lead the end-to-end technical architecture design of the Expatriate Management System (EMS); define technology stack, system layering, data models, and API specifications to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

·      Own full-stack development, including front-end (React / Vue), back-end (Node.js / Java /Python), and database (PostgreSQL / MySQL) design and implementation; complete coding and unit testing of core modules.

·      Design and implement integration solutions between EMS and external systems, including HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Payroll systems, travel management platforms, and government visa/immigration APIs.
