What you'll be doing
- Win and grow your own client portfolio in the tech space
- Run end-to-end recruitment — perm and contract, across any industry
- Build your own niche and market position
- Own your revenue, your relationships, and your desk
Who we're looking for
- Minimum 5-8 years of 360 tech recruitment experience, with hands-on involvement in both business development and delivery
- Proven track record of winning and managing your own clients
- Strong familiarity with the Singapore hiring market is essential
- Self-sufficient, commercially driven, and ready to take full ownership from day one
