ROLE SUMMARY

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Must have

• Production Support / SRE (L2 Operations) �  12+ years Strong experience in incident management, platform stability, and distributed systems support
• Linux & Scripting Expertise � Hands-on with Linux commands + shell/Python/Jython scripting
• Monitoring & Observability Tools � Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, alerting, dashboards
• Java & Application Troubleshooting � Working knowledge of Java (1.8+) and end-to-end issue debugging
• Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)

We are seeking a motivated Talend Developer to join our Applications Development team.

The successful candidate will work on data integration projects, developing and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using the Talend platform.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply Java and SQL programming knowledge while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise data integration solutions.

Responsibilities | CORE

Develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows using Talend Open Studio or Talend Data Integration platform

Design and implement data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation processes

Develop custom Java components and routines within Talend when required

Perform unit testing and debugging of Talend jobs to ensure data quality and accuracy

Document technical specifications, data mappings, and ETL processes

• At least 5+ years of recent hands-on professional experience (actively coding) working as a Lead handling support & production issue.
• 2+ experience with large scale datasets, data lake and data warehouse technologies such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake. Snowflake is highly preferred)
