Job Description

Youth Work

· Jointly with your team, you will study, propose, and set up intervention structures, applying proven framework to reach out to youths in C3’s programmes

· Provide social work support and develop intervention plan for clients in the Youth programme in schools with the ultimate goal of improving the youths’ social, psychological and emotional wellbeing

· You are required to work closely with key personnel from school to take on tier 2 and 3 students, and provide specific support and work schools to achieve identified outcomes

· Plan, execute and evaluate on-going youth programmes and services

· Conduct analysis of community needs, develop, implement, and grow the C3 Youth programmes and services

· Provide individual and group intervention for youths in C3’s programme, both face-to-face and over virtual platforms

· Organize and conduct psycho-education workshops and support groups (face-to-face and virtual)

· Network with relevant stakeholders and external organizations

· Support growth of department with team members.

Admin / Programme responsibilities

· Perform administration / billing / programme responsibilities that supports the operational work

· Manage the correspondences of the organisation

· Coordinate with staff, stakeholders, volunteers and beneficiaries with regards to programmes.

Other Responsibilities

· Assist in the various Programmes of C3 as required

Responsibilities

• to liaise and with all respective parties ie Client, Superintending Officer, Structural Engineer, M & E Engineer, Quality Surveyor, Main-Contractor, NSC if any, Government’s Authorities and others related to the project

• to monitor work in progress in according to Master Schedules with breakdown to Monthly, Weekly and preferably Daily programmes

• preparation and submission works-in-progress reports to Superintending Officer on Weekly and Monthly monitoring

• to study all Approved Construction Drawings issued by Superintending Officer, Structural Engineer and M & E Engineer and Specifications on any discrepancies

• to ensure the Contractor’s strictly complied to Specification codes, Approved Construction Drawings, Approved Shop Drawings, Approved Method Statement of Works as well as BCA requirements and other Statutory Boards compliance.

• Ensure materials delivered on site are in according to specimen approved by Client’s or Superintending Officer's approval during the presentation
• Safety measures are to ensure all persons strictly working on the project must fully comply to Safety Rules & Regulations set by MOM and In-House Factory, Good house-keeping, clear obstruction free from access passage way and disposal of debris immediately to prevent cause from fire hazards
• Seeking clearance by due date before it can be carried out
• Standing supervision to all structural activities especially demolishing and connection to partial of existing building, piling, concreting and other high risks working activities on going
• Pro-active inspection with early warning to contractors on site shall ensure good quality finishes to all trade during on going construction stages
• Ensure defects to minimize and to rectified immediately before hand
• Update of amended drawings and to record daily activities on site progress

Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised education in relevant field.
• At least 5 years experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context

• Accredited with IES and supervision experiences including experiences in piling works, post-tensioning works, structural steel works and projects with road works, MRT station, deep excavation works.

Decarb Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based M&E EPC contractor specialising in Fire Protection, ACMV, and ELV systems, holding bizSAFE Star and ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications. We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, configure, and commission the IP networks underpinning our security and fire alarm system installations across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and commission IP networks for ELV systems — IP CCTV/surveillance, access control, and networked fire alarm systems.
• Set up and manage network switches, VLANs, IP addressing schemes, and PoE infrastructure for security and life-safety devices.
• Configure and integrate addressable fire alarm panels (e.g. EST3/EST4, Notifier, Simplex) into networked architectures.
• Implement system integration via Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP, ONVIF, and related protocols, including BMS integration.
• Conduct on-site testing, commissioning, and fault diagnosis of networked security and fire alarm systems.
• Prepare network architecture drawings, IP schedules, method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, system vendors, and authorities (SCDF) to ensure compliance and smooth handover.
• Provide post-handover troubleshooting, support, and maintenance for networked ELV systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer/Network Engineering, Infocomm, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in ELV, security, or fire alarm systems, preferably within the M&E or building/construction industry.
• Solid IP networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, managed switches, PoE.
• Hands-on experience with IP CCTV, access control, and/or networked fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with integration protocols (Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP, ONVIF) and BMS integration — an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore fire alarm and ELV codes (SS 645 / CP 10, SCDF requirements) preferred.
