Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate possesses strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
• Generate reports and retrieve information as required by management.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain and validate data.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or clerical support is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be a part of a public sector team supporting citizen engagement, appeals assessment, service delivery improvements, and data driven projects involving CRM systems, AI tools, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries and assess appeals from members of the public regarding government related schemes.
• Review cases fairly and thoroughly, ensuring accurate evaluation and proper follow up.
• Liaise with public agencies and internal stakeholders to gather information and coordinate responses.
• Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and multi stakeholder coordination.
• Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects to improve service delivery.
• Assist in projects involving CRM systems, AI tools, data analysis, and retrieval augmented generation implementation.
• Conduct data analytics on public service queries and prepare useful insights for reporting.
• Support reporting metrics, performance tracking, and presentation of data insights to stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in case management, customer service, public administration, citizen engagement, or appeals processing.
• Prior experience liaising with public agencies or managing multi stakeholder coordination will be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Analytical, detail oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.
• Proactive in problem solving and keen to learn new tools or systems.
• Basic Python programming skills are required.
• Some experience with regular expressions for text cleaning, pattern matching, or data extraction from unstructured text.
• Experience in reporting metrics, generating performance reports, or presenting data insights will be advantageous.
